Backorder Policy

In some cases, high-demand products may become temporarily unavailable.

If an item in your order is out of stock, BEAUTY D may:

  • Ship available items immediately and backorder the remaining products

  • Contact you to offer product alternatives

  • Adjust the order based on your preference

Backordered items will be shipped as soon as inventory becomes available.
Wholesale partners will be notified of estimated restock timelines whenever possible.

Payment Terms

Wholesale orders must be paid in full prior to shipment or pickup, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

BEAUTY D may offer approved partners:

  • Credit card payment

  • E-transfer (Canada)

  • Platform payments (such as Faire or other wholesale platforms)

  • Net payment terms (subject to approval)

Late payments on approved credit terms may result in:

  • Order delays

  • Suspension of wholesale privileges

Pricing & Professional Use Policy

Wholesale pricing is intended for resale by approved salons, spas, clinics, retailers, and beauty professionals.

Wholesale partners agree:

  • Not to resell products on unauthorized third-party marketplaces without written approval

  • To maintain brand integrity and professional presentation

  • Not to advertise below recommended retail pricing where applicable

BEAUTY D reserves the right to review or revoke wholesale access if pricing or distribution policies are not respected.

Order Refusal or Account Review

BEAUTY D reserves the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel wholesale orders

  • Limit quantities on high-demand products

  • Review wholesale accounts for compliance

These measures help ensure fair product distribution and reliable inventory availability for all partners.
