Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery or pickup.

To help us resolve the issue efficiently, please provide:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the damaged product(s) and packaging

  • Description of the issue

Once reviewed, BEAUTY D may offer:

  • Replacement product

  • Store credit

  • Partial or full refund (at our discretion)

Returns Eligibility:

Due to hygiene standards and product integrity requirements, wholesale products are generally final sale.
Returns may be considered only in cases of:

  • Shipping damage

  • Manufacturer defect

  • Fulfillment error

Products must be:

  • Unopened

  • Unused

  • In original packaging

Return Authorization

All returns must be pre-authorized by BEAUTY D. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or processed.

Shipping Responsibility for Returns

If a return is approved due to error or defect, BEAUTY D will provide instructions for return shipping or arrange replacement.
