For lash lifts and lash curls, this product prepares the eyelashes, it smoothes the unruly hair to facilitate straightening and tinting. After prep apply 4-7 drops on unruly or difficult lashes, process 3-4min, wipe off excess, do NOT rinse off, proceed with perm gel.
