APPLICATION:

• Skin: Apply balm to skin, especially very dry areas. Massage in.
• Hair: As a treatment, apply the oil to the ends. As a mask, apply the oil generously to the lengths for at least 30 minutes, then wash hair as usual.
• Nails: Once a week, soak clean, bare nails in oil for 15-20 minutes then massage into cuticles.
• Avoid contact with eyes.
• For external use only.

CAUTIONS: Shea butter naturally contains latex. Please test before use on the hollow of the elbow or inside of the wrist.
