How to apply:

Pour 2-3 tablespoons (+/- 45 g) of Crystals into a basin filled with hot water. Leave to soak for 7 to 10 minutes. Ideal for tired feet, heavy legs, for a relaxing effect. Suitable for diabetics, heart and other health conditions. For external use only.
